Shandong Gold boosts transaction limits, declares interim dividend

Shandong Gold Mining Co., Ltd. announced an adjustment to its 2025 daily related-party transaction upper limit, increasing it from 533,784.64 yuan to 646,704.97 yuan, effective August 27, 2025. This adjustment, approved by the board of directors, is driven by increased business needs with related parties for "sales of goods, provision of services" and "leasing" categories. The company confirmed that these transactions are integral to its operations and will be conducted at market prices.

The company’s board of directors also approved an interim cash dividend of 0.18 yuan per share (tax inclusive) for 2025, totaling 805,217,314.50 yuan. This payout represents 31.45% of the net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders after deducting perpetual bond interest. In H1 2025, Shandong Gold Mining achieved an operating income of 56,765,895,355.68 yuan, a 24.01% increase, and a net profit of 2,808,157,860.93 yuan, up 102.98% from the previous year.

The company’s H1 2025 financial report highlights significant progress in gold production and operational efficiency, with mineral gold output reaching 24.71 tons, contributing to record-high economic indicators. Construction projects are advancing, with 10.9 bn yuan invested in fixed assets. Shandong Gold Mining continues to pursue resource acquisition, including the acquisition of 70% equity in Changtai Mining and 52.07% in Yunnan Western Mining. The company's ESG performance has also improved, with a Wind ESG rating upgraded to A, reflecting its commitment to sustainable development.
