Neusoft reports revenue rise, profit drop; to host briefing and EGM

Neusoft Corporation announced its 2025 semi-annual report, showing a 9.08% increase in operating revenue to CNY 4,689,373,108. However, net profit attributable to shareholders decreased by 42.75% to CNY 56,270,391. The company attributes this to increased R&D and market investment in AI and data value-added services, impacting short-term profitability but strengthening long-term growth.

The company will host a performance briefing on September 19, 2025, from 15:00 to 16:00 via a live online text interaction on the SSE Roadshow Center platform.

Separately, an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held on September 24, 2025, at 10:00 in Shenyang to consider the cancellation of the Supervisory Board and amendments to the Articles of Association, as well as revisions to the Rules of Procedure for Shareholder Meetings and Board Meetings. Other proposals include changes to the Independent Director Work System and remuneration management. Shareholders can participate in the EGM via online voting on the Shanghai Stock Exchange from 9:15 to 15:00 on the same day.
