Xinhua Winshare secures Rmb1.264bn Sichuan education textbook contract

Xinhua Winshare Publishing And Media Co., Ltd. announced today it has signed a procurement contract with the Sichuan Provincial Student Aid Management Center, a direct subordinate institution of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education. This contract, effective for the 2025-2026 academic year, secures Xinhua Winshare's role in supplying free textbooks for compulsory education in Sichuan Province. The estimated total contract value is approximately Rmb1.264bn, with the final amount to be determined by actual order settlements.

The agreement solidifies Xinhua Winshare's primary business operations, ensuring the stability of its main revenue streams as it continues to be the textbook supplier for compulsory education in Sichuan Province. The contract covers textbooks for national and provincial-mandated courses and includes provisions for ethnic minority language textbooks.

The procurement contract, a standard government procurement agreement, dictates that payments will be made in two installments per semester, with 70% of the estimated total due upon delivery and the remaining balance upon final reconciliation of delivered materials and invoices. The company confirmed that both parties have strong performance capabilities, and no unforeseen major policy, legal, or market risks are anticipated.
