WuXi AppTec converts bonds into 7.8m H-shares

WuXi AppTec issued 7,836,922 H-shares on August 23 following the conversion of zero-coupon convertible bonds due in 2025, increasing total H-shares to 478,226,490.

The company also continued repurchasing A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, spending approximately RMB 30m with share prices ranging between RMB 65.96 and RMB 99.14.
