Yunnan Jinggu Forestry subsidiary faces 107m yuan lawsuits

Yunnan Jinggu Forestry's subsidiary Tang County Huiyin Wood faces three new lawsuits totaling 12.6 million yuan in private lending disputes, bringing total litigation to 15 cases worth 107.7 million yuan.

The amount represents 113% of the company's latest audited net assets. Nine bank accounts are frozen and two production lines for fiberboard and particleboard are halted.

The parent company expects further decline in operating performance for the first half of 2025.
