Aiko Solar guarantees hit 667% of net assets

Shanghai Aiko Solar Energy provided a 100 million yuan guarantee for subsidiary Tianjin Aiko Solar Energy, bringing total guarantees to 23.7 billion yuan - representing 666.27% of the company's latest audited net assets.

The company also cancelled over 11 million employee stock options from its 2020, 2022 and 2023 plans due to employee departures and unmet performance targets.
