Lanhua Sci-Tech chairman and general manager resigns

Shanxi Lanhua Sci-Tech Venture Co has announced that Liu Haishan has resigned from his positions as chairman, general manager, and member of multiple board committees due to work adjustments.

Following his departure, Liu will not hold any further positions within the company. The company said his resignation will not impact normal operations as the board will remain above the minimum legal requirement for members.
