Guangzhou Port appoints new vice chairman Wu Chao

Guangzhou Port Company Limited appointed Wu Chao as vice chairman following shareholder approval of his election as director.

The company also elected Ma Chujiang as a director, with both appointments approved by shareholders representing 79% of voting shares.

Wu Chao will serve on the nomination, remuneration and strategy committees, while Ma Chujiang joins the strategy and budget committees.
