Will Semiconductor's controlling shareholder Renrong Yu increased his pledged shares to 178.44 million, representing 53.51% of his holdings. Including related parties, total pledged shares are 217.84 million.

Meanwhile, 17.5 million shares held by Shaoxing Wehao were released from pledge. Future maturities within one year amount to 85.67 million shares with a financing balance of 410.79 million yuan.
