Ming Yang shareholder pledges 45m shares for operations

Wiser Tyson Investments pledged 45 million Ming Yang Smart Energy Group shares for operational needs, bringing its total pledged shares to 45 million or 1.98% of total share capital.

This increases cumulative pledged shares by the controlling shareholder and related parties to 271.65 million shares, representing 47% of their holdings and 11.96% of total share capital.
