Espressif Systems abolishes supervisory board, elects employee director

Espressif Systems shareholders approved the abolition of the supervisory board and amendments to the company's articles of association at an extraordinary general meeting.

The company also elected Ms. Ng Pei Chi as employee director, transitioning from her previous role as a non-employee director.
