Yonyou controlling shareholder pledges additional 60m shares

Beijing Yonyou Technology pledged 60 million shares in Yonyou Network Technology to China Everbright Bank on August 14 for debt repayment.

This brings the controlling shareholder's total pledged shares to 378.6 million, representing 41.10% of its holdings and 11.08% of Yonyou's total share capital.

Including consistent parties, total pledged shares now reach 455.1 million, accounting for 32.02% of their combined holdings and 13.32% of the company's share capital.
