Dongfeng Automobile outsources overseas marketing in strategic shift

Dongfeng Automobile Company Limited is transferring its overseas marketing operations for light commercial vehicles to China Dongfeng Motor Industry Import & Export Co., Ltd.

Under the collaboration, Dongfeng Import & Export will take over international sales, resolve existing inventory and receivables, and acquire related fixed assets for RMB 429,000. Dongfeng Automobile will provide export qualifications to support the transition.

The move represents a significant restructuring of the company's international operations as it seeks to leverage shared resources for market expansion.
