Baoshan Iron & Steel appoints new chairman and leadership team

Baoshan Iron & Steel Company Limited appointed Zou Jixin as chairman of its board of directors and Liu Baojun as general manager.

The Chinese steelmaker also named four deputy general managers: Wu Jun, Wang Juan, Peng Jun, and Cai Yanbo. Wang Juan will additionally serve as financial controller and company secretary, while Wu Kai was appointed chief legal officer.

The appointments were approved at the first meeting of the company's ninth board of directors.
