Xinji Energy announces 415m yuan dividend payment

China Coal Xinji Energy announced it will distribute a cash dividend of 0.16 yuan per share to A-share shareholders, totaling 415 million yuan based on its 2.59 billion shares outstanding.

The equity registration date is August 21, 2025, with payment on August 22. Foreign institutional investors will receive 0.144 yuan per share after a 10% withholding tax.
