Kingfa Tech guarantees total 38.6bn yuan for subsidiary

Kingfa Science & Technology has announced new guarantees totaling 3.35bn yuan for controlling subsidiary Liaoning Kingfa Technology, bringing total outstanding guarantees for the unit to 38.6bn yuan.

As of August 12, 2025, Kingfa Tech and its subsidiaries' total external guarantees reached 232.2bn yuan, representing 129.27% of the company's net assets as of end-2024.
