Jointown Pharmaceutical guarantees hit 103% of net assets

Jointown Pharmaceutical Group announced 207 million yuan in new guarantees for 37 subsidiaries in July, while releasing 246.5 million yuan in previous guarantees.

The company's total outstanding guarantee balance reached 2.81 billion yuan as of July 31, representing 103.21% of net assets. Nearly 130 million yuan went to subsidiaries with debt-to-asset ratios exceeding 70%.

Jointown Pharmaceutical maintains the guarantee risk is controllable due to its control over the entities and their operational performance.
