Huatai Securities subsidiary issues $250m notes with guarantee

Huatai Securities' indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Huatai International Financial Holdings Company Limited, will issue $0.25 billion in medium-term notes under an existing $30 billion program established in 2020.

Following this issuance, total outstanding guaranteed amount under the program will be $6.93 billion. Total external guarantees by Huatai Securities and its controlling subsidiaries amount to CNY 370.77 billion, representing 19.34% of the company's latest audited net assets.
