Hainan Airlines Holding has extended its reply to the Shanghai Stock Exchange's inquiry about a major asset acquisition plan by another 5 trading days.

This marks the seventh extension since July, with previous delays on July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, and August 6. The company cited ongoing refinement of reply content and the need to update the transaction target's audit report.
