Xianhe plans CNY 11bn biomass project, board expansion

Xianhe Co., Ltd. plans to invest approximately CNY 11 billion in a biomass project in Sichuan Province, establishing production capacity for 800,000 tons of bamboo pulp and 1,200,000 tons of high-performance paper-based materials.

The company also proposes expanding its board from seven to nine members and eliminating its supervisory board, transferring functions to the audit committee. Shareholders will vote on the proposals at an extraordinary meeting in August.
