Wingtech Technology advances major asset sale program

Wingtech Technology has transferred equity in multiple subsidiaries including Kunming Zhitong, Shenzhen Wingtech, Huangshi Zhitong, and Kunming Wenxun as part of its asset divestiture program.

Business asset packages for Wuxi Wingtech and Wuxi Wenxun have also been transferred, along with Indian Wingtech's assets. Hong Kong Wingtech and its Indonesian subsidiary transfers will follow after asset stripping.
