CITIC Securities unit issues $40.9m notes

CSI MTN Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of CITIC Securities, issued $40.9 million in notes under its medium-term note program on August 8, 2025. This brings total outstanding principal under the program to $3.276 billion.

CITIC Securities International is providing a guarantee for the notes. The company's total external guarantees amount to 173.893 billion yuan, representing 59.33% of latest audited net assets.
