Opple Lighting grants 1.44m restricted shares to employees

Opple Lighting Co granted 1.44 million restricted shares to 47 employees under its 2024 incentive plan, including 90,000 shares for a director and 1.35 million for core technical and business personnel.

The board reduced the grant price from 7.76 yuan per share to 6.86 yuan following a 0.90 yuan annual dividend. Total estimated expense is 17.38 million yuan, to be amortized over four years.
