Southwest Securities controlling shareholder change nears completion

Chongqing Yufu Capital Operations Group is transferring 1,960,661,852 shares, representing 29.51% of Southwest Securities' total share capital, to Chongqing Yufu Holding Group.

The acquisition, which began in January 2025, will make Yufu Holding the direct controlling shareholder. The transaction awaits regulatory approvals and stock exchange confirmation.
