Baofeng Energy nears 1bn yuan share buyback target

Ningxia Baofeng Energy Group has repurchased 60.59 million shares for 999.9 million yuan, nearly reaching the lower end of its 1-2 billion yuan buyback target.

The shares, representing 0.83% of total capital, were bought at 15.90-17.44 yuan each for employee stock ownership plans. The program runs until May 2026.
