WuXi AppTec raises HK$7.65bn through new share placement

WuXi AppTec will issue 76.3 million new H shares at HK$104.27 each, raising approximately HK$7.65 billion after expenses.

The company will allocate 90% of proceeds to global expansion and capacity building, with the remaining 10% for general working capital.
