Suzhou Secote shareholder releases 1.82m pledged shares

Suzhou Secote Precision Electronic announced that shareholder Zeng Hui released 1.82 million shares from pledge on July 29, representing 3.49% of her direct shareholding and 0.65% of total share capital.

Following the release, Zeng Hui's remaining pledged shares total 18.74 million, accounting for 35.93% of her direct holdings and 6.73% of the company's total share capital. She holds 52.16 million shares, representing 18.72% of the company.
