Shanghai Electric exits investment funds generating RMB 1.4bn income

Shanghai Electric Group Company announced its subsidiaries have fully exited the Huajing Shangdian No. 1 and No. 2 investment funds.

Shanghai Zhiheng and Electrical Investment had combined investments of RMB 113.5 million across both funds. The exits generated total distributions of RMB 124.9 million, resulting in combined investment income of RMB 14.1 million for the subsidiaries.

The funds' general partners have agreed to dissolve the partnerships following the completed exits.
