Dayou Energy shareholder pledges additional shares, total hits 48%

Yihai Energy, a subsidiary of Yima Coal Industry Group, pledged an additional 69 million shares in Henan Dayou Energy on July 25, 2025. The shares were pledged to AVIC International Leasing as collateral for financing.

This brings Yihai Energy's total pledged shares to 229 million, representing 42.21% of its holdings in the company. Combined with parent Yima Coal Industry Group, they now have 967.5 million shares pledged, representing 47.89% of their total stake in Dayou Energy.
