Zhewen Interconnect guarantees 7m yuan loan for subsidiary

Zhewen Interconnect Group has guaranteed a 7 million yuan loan for its subsidiary Beijing Baifu Si Advertising Co. The guarantee covers debt from a 2025 cooperation agreement with Baidu Era Network Technology.

The three-year guarantee brings Beijing Baifu Si's total outstanding guarantee amount to 187 million yuan. The guarantee falls under a broader board resolution authorizing up to 3.1 billion yuan in guarantees for consolidated subsidiaries in 2025.
