Jiangsu Expressway extends private equity fund until 2030

Jiangsu Expressway Co will extend its Lorde Huizhi private equity fund until August 2030, five years beyond its original expiry date.

The company's investment arm contributed 500m yuan to the fund and has recovered 13.9m yuan so far. The fund has invested in 10 projects, with four already exited and six remaining in its portfolio.

The extension aims to facilitate complete exit of existing investments and maximize returns for partners.
