Tongwei controlling shareholder pledges 82.3m additional shares

Tongwei Group, which holds 45.24% of Tongwei Co., released 14 million previously pledged shares to China Merchants Bank Chengdu Branch and Industrial Bank Chengdu Branch.

The controlling shareholder simultaneously pledged 82.3 million shares to Industrial Bank International Trust and Guotai Haitong Securities for operational needs.

Total pledged shares now stand at 577.56 million, representing 12.83% of Tongwei's share capital and 28.36% of the group's holdings.
