Shenghe Resources switches entity for Peak Rare Earths acquisition

Shenghe Resources has switched the implementing entity for its AUD158 million acquisition of Peak Rare Earths Limited from its wholly-owned subsidiary Ganzhou Morning Light Rare Earth New Materials to Shenghe Resources (Singapore), which will use offshore funds.

The strategic adjustment aims to streamline the acquisition process, with all other core terms remaining unchanged.
