Fangda Special Steel shareholder pledges additional 84m shares

Jiangxi Banhuang, holding 7.60% of Fangda Special Steel Technology, has pledged an additional 84,040,000 shares, representing 47.80% of its holdings.

This brings the shareholder's total pledged shares to 85,216,900, or 3.68% of the company's total share capital.

The controlling shareholder group now has 663,065,235 shares pledged, totaling 71.37% of their combined holdings and 28.66% of Fangda Special Steel's total share capital.
