WuXi AppTec repurchases shares worth 27m yuan in July

WuXi AppTec executed multiple share repurchases on the Shanghai Stock Exchange from July 1st to July 21st, 2025, as part of its 2025 repurchase plan announced in March.

The company bought back shares at prices ranging from 69.71 yuan to 83.24 yuan per share. On July 21st alone, WuXi AppTec repurchased 327,200 A-shares at an average price of 82.49 yuan, totaling 26.99 million yuan.

The repurchases are part of the company's strategy to optimize its capital structure, with total outstanding shares remaining at 2.49 billion as of July 21st.
