Will Semiconductor controlling shareholder unpledges 17% of stake

Will Semiconductor announced that controlling shareholder Yu Renrong unpledged 57.4 million shares on July 21, representing 17.22% of his holdings and 4.72% of the company's total share capital.

Following the transaction, Yu Renrong retains 160.6 million pledged shares, accounting for 48.15% of his individual holdings. His total shareholding remains at 333.5 million shares, or 27.40% of the company's total capital.

Including shares held by associated parties, the group's total pledged shares now stand at 217.5 million, representing 17.87% of the company's total share capital. The unpledged shares are intended to partially replace prior pledged financing.
