Huayi Group controlling shareholder increases stake to 38%

Shanghai Huayi Group's controlling shareholder increased its stake from 37.66% to 38% following the company's cancellation of 8.6 million restricted shares on June 23.

The controlling shareholder accumulated 18.2 million additional shares representing 0.86% of total share capital, with a transaction value of 13,464 yuan.
