Southern Media announces 485m yuan dividend payout

Southern Publishing And Media Company has announced its 2024 annual dividend distribution, with eligible shareholders receiving 0.55 yuan per share.

The total payout amounts to 485 million yuan, based on the company's share capital of 881,970,094 shares after cancelling nearly 14 million repurchased shares in July.

The dividend will be distributed on July 28, 2025.
