Sanxing Medical Secures Significant Overseas Transformer Contract in Brazil

Ningbo Sanxing Medical Electric (SSE:601567) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nansen Instrumentos de Precisão Ltda (Nansen), has been awarded a framework contract by CPFL Energia SA in Brazil. The contract, valued at BRL 26,329.80 million (approximately RMB 341 million), is for the procurement of oil-immersed transformers.

This agreement, which represents about 2.33% of the company's 2024 audited operating revenue, is expected to positively impact Sanxing Medical's operations and financial performance without affecting its business independence. The company stated this contract strengthens its overseas business layout and competitiveness in the international distribution market. Risks include potential impacts from unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, changes in international trade and monetary policies, and currency fluctuations.
