Juneyao Airlines shareholder pledges 79.7% of stake

Shanghai Juneyao Airlines announced its controlling shareholder, Juneyao Group, pledged 10 million shares to Industrial Bank Shanghai Branch for debt guarantee while releasing 9.05 million shares.

Following the transactions, Juneyao Group's total pledged shares reached 813.7 million shares, representing 79.71% of its holdings and 37.26% of the company's total share capital.
