Taiji Group re-pledges 12m shares to China Merchants Bank

Taiji Group, the controlling shareholder of Chongqing Taiji Industry Group, unpledged 12 million shares on July 17 before immediately re-pledging the same amount to China Merchants Bank until July 2028.

The shares represent 7.80% of Taiji Group's holdings and 2.15% of the company's total share capital. Following the transaction, Taiji Group and its concerted parties have 36.34 million shares pledged, totaling 23.63% of their holdings and 6.53% of the company's share capital.
