CITIC Securities unit issues $200m notes with guarantee

CSI MTN Limited, a special purpose vehicle of CITIC Securities, issued $200 million in medium-term notes under its existing program. The issuance brings total outstanding principal under the program to $2.88 billion.

CITIC Securities International provides an unconditional guarantee. Total external guarantees by CITIC Securities and its controlled subsidiaries amount to 168.3 billion yuan, representing 57.43% of its latest audited net assets.
