Northern Rare Earth board approves subsidiary equity transfer

China Northern Rare Earth (Group) High-Tech Co., Ltd. announced its board of directors approved the transfer of equity in Northern Rare Earth Pingyuan (Inner Mongolia) Magnesium Aluminum New Material Technology Co., Ltd., a controlling subsidiary.

Seven associated directors abstained from voting on the proposal, while the remaining non-associated directors voted unanimously in favor of the equity transfer.
