Lianchuang Optoelectronic controlling shareholder pledges 500,000 more shares

Jiangxi Electronic Group has pledged an additional 500,000 shares in Jiangxi Lianchuang Optoelectronic Science & Technology, increasing total pledged shares to 75.3 million.

This represents 79.49% of the controlling shareholder's holdings and 16.60% of the company's total share capital. The funds will supplement working capital.
