Datang International sees 1.3% H1 electricity output rise

Datang International Power Generation achieved 123.99 billion kilowatt-hours of grid-connected electricity in the first half of 2025, up 1.30% year-on-year.

Growth was driven by renewable energy expansion, with wind power rising 31.27% and solar increasing 36.35%.

However, average electricity prices fell 3.95% to RMB 444.48 per megawatt-hour, while market-based transactions represented 86.84% of total output.
