CITIC Securities unit raises $605m in medium-term notes

CITIC Securities' indirect subsidiary CSI MTN Limited issued two tranches of medium-term notes totaling $605.2 million, guaranteed by CITIC Securities International.

The issuance brings CSI MTN Limited's total outstanding notes to $2.88 billion under its existing program. CITIC Securities and its subsidiaries now have total external guarantees of 168.2 billion yuan, representing 57.40% of the company's most recent audited net assets.
