China Marine Information Electronics guarantees 27m yuan subsidiary debt

China Marine Information Electronics announced it has provided a guarantee of 27 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Ship Liao Hai Equipment Co.

This brings the total guarantee amount for Liao Hai Equipment to 155 million yuan. The subsidiary reported total assets of 1.22 billion yuan and total liabilities of 893 million yuan as of December 31, 2024.

The company's total outstanding external guarantees amount to 239 million yuan, representing 2.93% of net assets attributable to the parent.
