Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment expects H1 2025 operating revenue to reach RMB 4.961 billion, a 43.88% year-on-year increase. Growth is driven by etching equipment revenue rising 40.12% to RMB 3.781 billion and LPCVD thin-film equipment revenue surging 608.19% to RMB 199 million.

Net profit is projected between RMB 680 million and RMB 730 million, up 31.61% to 41.28%. R&D investment reached RMB 1.492 billion, up 53.70% and representing 30.07% of operating revenue.
