Zhejiang Zheneng Electric Power reports 4.5% H1 generation growth

Zhejiang Zheneng Electric Power Company achieved total power generation of 7,884,848.66 MWh and grid-connected power of 7,469,807.10 MWh for the first half of 2025, representing year-over-year increases of 4.48% and 4.57% respectively.

The growth was driven by increased electricity consumption across Zhejiang Province and expanded generation capacity following the commissioning of units 3 and 4 at Zhejiang Zheneng Zhongmei Zhoushan Thermal Power in July and November 2024.
