As of June 30, 2025, ENN Ecological Holdings and its subsidiaries have provided actual external guarantees totaling RMB 25.64 billion, with no overdue guarantees. This includes guarantees for various subsidiaries such as Xinxiang ENN Gas Co., Ltd. (RMB 10,000.00), Xinxiang County Zhongneng Fuheng New Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (RMB 1,020.00), ENN Energy China Investment Co., Ltd. (RMB 23,623.38), ENN Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (RMB 10,000.00), and ENN LNG (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. (RMB 107,379.00).

The total guarantee balance for 2025 has exceeded 50% of the company's latest audited net assets and 70% of the guaranteed subsidiaries' asset-liability ratios. The company's total external guarantees represent 109.26% of its audited net assets as of the end of 2024.
